Change Management Specialist

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Candidate manages the impact of the change (e.g. process and/or technology) on the organization. The change management specialist is concerned with the human resources and organizational aspects of change. The change management specialist defines the change management strategy, identifies the impact of the change on the organization, assesses the overall organization, designs and describes target jobs and organizational structure and the organizational units affected by the change. Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wise integration of re-engineering efforts. Skills are needed in human resource assessments, designing, developing training programs, job classification, facilitating workshops and in human resource management. Plans and implements the changes, communicates the changes, monitors and evaluates the organization's performance once the change has been implemented.

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, public administration, psychology, human resources or other related disciplines.

Experience: Five or more years of relevant experience in change management, human resource assessments, process improvement, and/or organizational development. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and significant experience working with people at all levels of an organization.
