Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR)/Change Management Facilitator
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Candidate will utilize their knowledge of BPR and Change Management to facilitate group discussions and focus groups to identify obstacles and help guide the groups to solutions to various problems encountered in implementing BPR and Change Management. Provide additional forms of knowledge transfer. Document results of all activities.
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, public administration, psychology, human resources or other related disciplines.
Experience: Five years experience of which a minimum of two years must be specialized. Specialized experience may include: (a) facilitation of business process re-engineering and/or change management activities, (b) conducting interviews and organizing focus groups, (c) providing additional forms of knowledge transfer, (d) facilitation of change management across all phases including methodology development and evaluation, training, identifying best practices, readiness assessment, change obstacle identification or business management techniques; or (e) gathering business process material and documenting activities.
