Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) Specialist

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Candidate will be responsible for analyzing, defining and developing business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities. Perform business analyses that span the lifecycle of a project from business/technical requirements through implementation. Analyze jobs descriptions, workflow processes, and the achievements and/or results. Review new technologies to improve productivity, services, quality, and customer satisfaction. Skills needed are training, planning, negotiating and effective communication, data collection, analysis, identification and documentation of business requirements. Experience in program management, as well, as an insight into the complexities of delivering a system solution to meet current and future operations requirements and needs is a must. Process re-engineering across all phases identifying best practices, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and process modeling or information system development methods and practices.

Education: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in business, information systems, engineering, business management sciences or other related disciplines.

Experience: Five years or more of relevant experience in system process re-engineering or system planning or project management. A bachelor's degree is acceptable if the person has eight years or more in system process re-engineering or system planning or project management.
